Please ensure to always be on time for your appointment
You will be given a 10minutes grace if running late
11-20minutes late =RM30
21-30mins late= RM50
If you’re over 30 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will lose your deposit with no chance to reschedule.
You can make a fresh booking by paying a new deposit.
Before your appointment day, please ensure your hair is:
1. Freshly washed.
2. Properly detangled
3. Blow-dried
4. 100 per cent free of any oils/products
5. At least 4 inches long(if your hair is lower than 4inches your appointment will be canceled, so kindly confirm this before booking)
